January 2010~ Snow Storm

Not fun to drive in weather like this! But it is sooo pretty as those huge fluffy snow flakes come down and blanket the sleepy earth with its downy comforter . . . much like the trials we go through in life. They are not fun to go through, but as we trust the Lord to take us through them and perfect us as we walk by faith, we can have this assurance: He will cover us with His blanket of comfort and keep us protected as we look to Him for deliverance. And in the end, we know we will be that much closer to becoming like Him.

Be safe this new year, and draw closer to the Lord. He showed me He is going to shake all things that are not of Him this year. Stay strong!!
